Description of the Pump set

A dry mechanical pump set, with modular build-up and suitable suction capacity for rapid evacuation, controlled pump down and low final vacuum pressure is proposed in an industrially proven multi-stage design.

The proposed vacuum pumping system is a completely dry mechanical pump set, built-up of 4 stages.

Every pump set consists of a stage of primary pumps (Screw pumps), which compress directly against atmosphere and of several proceeding fine vacuum stages (Roots pumps).

Following the specific needs of the customer, MTAG Switzerland AG will define different pump down curves.
