Construction Process / Co-ordination
Our strength is the management of customized projects which starts with the concept phase up to the commissioning and acceptance by the customer including:
- Development of procedures and processes
- Development of concepts
- Engineering of sub-assemblies or complete machines
- Analysis of mechanical components and subassemblies
- Preparation of construction- and manufacturing drawings
- Writing of documentation such as operating, maintenance and commissioning manuals as well as spare part lists
- Planning and control of manufacturing by sub-suppliers (scheduling)
- We are working with state of the art 3D CAD-systems. Other systems are available on customer’s request.
Calculations, FE Analysis and Optimizations
For FE analysis and optimizations, we are using MSC/Nastran as our standard tool. Our calculation abilities are:
- Static and dynamic analysis and improvements
- Steady-state and transient temperature field analysis
- Linear and non-linear systems
- Linked systems
- Others on request
For customer without the availability of such an infrastructure, we are able to offer these services.
